In order to visit the town of Tawang, tourists have to gain inner line permit available from Tezpur, New Delhi, Guwahati and Kolkata.
Tezpur is the nearest airport to Tawang.
The closest railway stations are located at Tezpur and at Rangapara.
Buses are the best way to travel to Tawang town through Bomdila. The town is connected with Bomdila by road via private and public buses.
Tourists can also avail jeeps for the trip. Buses and jeeps are perfect for getting around the town.

Thanks for arranging such a wonderful trip. We all had a great time in Manali and Shimla. All are very happy about it. The trip was comfortable, vehicle was good, Mr Mishra ji was very friendly and helpful, always ready to start any time according to our convenience. It’s because of him that we went to Naldehra in Shimla and had a nice pony ride & enjoyed much inspite of all our tiredness.

Regarding stay, stay was good in Manali at Hotel Monal, room was spacious and good, view was awesome and food was great...staffs were helpful though things were a bit unorganized. Hotel Prestige was excellent.

Overall we had an excellent trip, thanks to you and entire WaytoIndia team.

We had a wonderful and memorable trip to Rajasthan. Though it was a very tight schedule, everything was arranged for us by the fabulous team at Way to India. I'd like to especially mention, Gopal, who was with us almost every step of the way, making sure no stone is left unturned in making the trip something we will always cherish. He very patiently helped plan out the trip from route, to transportation, to hotel bookings etc. Thank you so much Gopal!!

Our driver, Sunil Sharma, was very helpful and cooperative and took us to all the interesting spots, the car was in top condition and always impeccably clean.

The hotels we stayed at were good. Ankur Resort was great, we enjoyed the food and the service was top notch. I'd like to especially mention Sunil at the hotel restaurant who was very sweet and provided great service at all meals. Kudos Sunil, keep it up!! Horizon Hotel was very good too, being centrally heated it was of great comfort in this chilly weather. Again, the service was superb, though the complimentary breakfast could be improved.

Rest assured that we will plan our trip through Way to India next time too!!!
