Charlotte Lake is the prime source of drinking water at Matheran. The ancient Pisarnath temple is located here and there are two picnic spots, Louisa Point and Echo Point close by showcasing enthralling valleys.

Enjoy the panoramic view of the hills and Ulhas River gracefully flowing by. You can also enjoy views of sunrise by reaching here early morning. Note that this point is not very close to Matheran station.
