Overview

This National Park lies in the Aravalli hills of Rajasthan and is the former hunting ground of the Maharaja of Alwar. The Tigers of Sariska are easily seen as compare to Ranthambore. In the evenings, Indian Porcupine, Striped Hyaena, Indian Palm Civet and even Leopard are sometimes seen. It is also an excellent place for bird watching and has an unusually large population of Indian Peafowl besides other birds.

Itinerary Details

Day by Day itineraryDay 1: Delhi - Sariska [200 Kms/4.5 hrs]

Early in the morning pick up from your hotel and drive to Sariska. On arrival, check into the Jungle Resort. In the afternoon spend your time for wildlife experience at Sariska wildlife Sanctuary. Evening at leisure activities. Enjoy dinner & Overnight stay in Sariska.

Day 2: Sariska National Park

Early morning enjoys the nature walk into the park and return back to the resort have breakfast. Later explore the whole day of wildlife experience at the Sariska. Rest of the day is free for leisure activities. Enjoy dinner and Overnight stay at Jungle Resort.

Day 3: Sariska - Delhi

Early morning visit the safari into the national park. Return back to hotel for breakfast and later drive back to Delhi. On arrival, transfer to the Airport/hotel for onward destination. Tour & Service Ends

I planned a South India tour from Chennai to Kochi. I asked from many different travel companies but I got the best and cheapest offer by 'Way to India'. That was two weeks travel plan. We visited so many wonderful places and we got enough time for some individual program too. In the first week we visited the historical places like temples, museums and some beaches. In the second week we visited amazing natural attraction. All happened at exactly fixed itinerary. We traveled with a comfortable panoramic mini bus and the bus driver (Mr. Ram) was very kind and talented who could manage a good restaurant for dinner and lunch every day. All in all believe that this was the best choice for traveling. Thanks to Waytoindia for 10 day in Rajasthan- Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Mount Abu and Ahmedabad. Everything from pickup from Jaipur airport to drop at Ahmedabad airport was very smooth. The hotels booked in Jaipur and Udaipur were amazing. In Jaisalmer the camel ride and Jeep safari though a bit expensive was a good experience. The car and the driver for the entire 10 days was very good. Thanks to the driver Mahesh, who drove the 2 ladies for the entire 10 days safely and dropped us in time for the return flight to Bangalore.
