Apart from the magnificent Havelis, Shekhawati is also popular for its huge fortress – Mandawa Fort. The fort is now transformed into a heritage hotel. Every curve of the Mandawa Fort is painted with enamouring paintings depicting Lord Krishna and his cows. The capturing paintings, lavish murals and mirror work adorn nearly every room of the fort and make visit to Mandawa Fort a worthy experience.
