Connectivites
Road:
Located only about 10 km. from Mapusa, a major bus station in North Goa, Baga Beach enjoys excellent road connectivity. Local buses, taxis, cabs and auto-rickshaws are available not only from Mapusa, but from many other popular locations like Margao, Vasco da Gama and Panaji. You can also hire scooter on rent to enjoy a spectacular ride to the beach.
Railway:
Like all other beaches of Goa, Baga Beach can be accessed from more than one railway station. However, the closest one is Tivim Railway Station located only about 19 km. away. Taxis are available at the railway station to travel the distance towards the beach.
Airway:
Dabolim Airport (also called Goa International Airport) is located about 42 km. away from the beach. Flights operate to and from Indian cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad and international locations like Moscow, Munich, Sharjah, Doha and Manchester.
