The ambiance of the beach is perfect to practice yoga and meditation. At the same time, the sea here is perfect to enjoy adventures like kite surfing and paragliding.
There is no dearth of beach shacks, seaside restaurants and arrays of shops selling interesting local stuff. A relaxing massage can be enjoyed at a popular healing centre. It is a great experience to listen to the Indian and international music offered as a part of the healing arts. You can plan a visit to the beach during one of the popular dance festivals.
