Lokah at Cochin – Serving the World on the Platter


Cochin (Kochi) is Kerala is one of the busiest tourist destinations in India, owing to its association with historical and colonial heritage, beaches, temples and loads of wonderful activities. Ambience: The traveller-centric restaurant is clean, relaxing and boasts of comfortable furniture. The tables are arranged to leave a lot of space and great privacy. An interesting feature of the decoration is the use of old maps featuring the ancient Silk and Spice Routes.

Food: Apart from the popular North and South India cuisines, the menu features the delicacies with origination from France, USA, Lebanon, Africa and Mexico as well as from Vietnam, Thailand and Bangladesh. Kebabs, butter chicken, prawns and the local Kerala cuisines with lots of spices are worth trying. Café (offering options for open-air as well as air-conditioned seating) has a good menu of snacks, beverages and ice-creams.

Crowd: Lots of foreign tourists prefer to visit the place which is ideal for groups as well as family dinning.
