An Inviting Ambience
The luxury 5-star Maurya Sheraton has Bukhara as one of its top highlights. Offering a pool side view, the restaurant enjoys a warm atmosphere with dim lights and hygienic settings. The Food
Every first-time visitor to the restaurant is recommended the signature dish named sikandri raan (marinated whole leg of lamb) which is indeed the best of the lot. Other must-try options include murgh malai kebab, jumbo marinated prawns, chicken tandoori and reshmi kabab. Those preferring a vegetarian menu can find daal bukhara and paneer tikka as the most amazing choices.
Fresh yoghurt and a variety of desserts and breads complete the picture. One can also order wine and other spirits, as the restaurant claims to maintain an outstanding collection of beverages as well.
